Recruitment campaign for Franklin Empire
Design a digital recruitment campaign to promote the hiring of hourly employees and deploy it online (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Google Ads).
Context
As the largest independent distributor of electrical products in Canada, Franklin Empire has 525 employees and 28 locations in Quebec and Ontario.
Objectives
- Increase the number of applications for the Warehouse Attendant and Janitor positions in Quebec
- Create a digital campaign for the entire province of Quebec
- Develop a unique message in line with the company's values and mission
Initiatives
In addition to creating all the visuals and messages, we managed and optimized this digital campaign.
Results
At the end of the campaign, we noticed a significant increase in applications and conversion rates. Since the campaign, Franklin Empire continues to receive hundreds of pre-qualified applications each month with the AppyHere app.
