As a member of our recruiting team, your mission will be to engage with and work alongside job seekers throughout their hiring journey within the AppyHere application.

AppyHere is looking to hire energetic and results driven people who can work well within a team and individually. In this position, you’ll use your self-starter and personable nature to nurture and guide job seekers towards their goal of finding a job throughout the hiring process. 

How will you spend your time working at AppyHere?

• Assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills and abilities for position suitability
• Conduct Interviews and accurately complete interview notes and candidate assessments
• Gather and present data specific to candidate work flow through the hiring process
• Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to convert applicants
• Ultimately, you are responsible for the happiness of our customers and candidates.

• Have availability to work during evenings and weekends.
• People skills: you are really good at talking but at listening even more.
• Organization skills: multitasking is no biggie and you love detail.
• A sense of ownership: no task is below you, you’re resourceful and you get things done.
• You are a great communicator and can adjust your tone and formality with regard to each situation.
• You are empathetic, kind and patient with people.
• You are curious and ask the right questions to quickly solve problems.
• You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes scrappy (but extremely exciting) scale-up environment.
• You are fully bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
