Troubleshooting Access

Fixing store region settings (Google Play or App Store) if you cannot find the app.

If you're having difficulty finding or downloading the app, your store region may need to be updated.

• Google Play: Go to your Play Store Settings → Account and device preferences → Country and profiles. You can view or change your country here if needed. 
• App Store: Go to your App Store Account Settings → Country/Region. You can view or change your country here if needed.
