Report a Bug

Experiencing a technical issue with the app? Shake your phone to display a pop-up and use this option to explain any problems you might be having with the application. Here are some examples of issues you would use the Report a Bug function for:

• App crashing when performing an action
• Links, buttons not taking you to the correct position
• Visual glitches
• Data not saving (ex: profile information)
• Buttons, fields, or any other inputs not doing anything when tapped
• Any other problems where the app doesn’t seem to be working as it should.

Make sure to include as much information as possible, including images and screen recordings! The more information we have, the more likely we can resolve the issue."
